Role of Motivational Speech in Influencing Learning Attitude of Pakistani Students

Abstract

There is strong effect of training and education on human attitude. At current times, motivational speakers are playing vital role in influencing the attitude of people from various groups, like professionals, employees, students and educationists. This study is aimed to evaluate the impact of motivational speakers on the attitude of students in developing countries like Pakistan. This paper aims to investigate the psychology of attitude and thinking with respect to motivational speakers but the study is limited to secondary data set only which is based on the academic and nonacademic researches conducted by researchers in Pakistan and other developed countries. So the systematic literature review would enable to find the answer of research question; how motivational speakers influence the attitude of students towards their academic performance. For this purpose, findings of SLR of study stated positive impact of motivational speakers on influencing the learning attitude and for this purpose, teachers are required to assess the learning preferences of their students, most importantly of those students who they found shy or less participatory.
